#TIZ-The Intrapreneurs' Zone - 5 teams entered the Acceleration Phase

Lux Future Lab works closely with the HR department of the bank in order to foster an innovative mindset amongst staff. This features the creation of joint project to boost their entrepreneurial spirit called “The Intrapreneurs’ Zone”.

How does our Intrapreneurs’ journey look like?

The story began last summer. Employees were invited to post their ideas of how the customer or employee experience could be enhanced.

After the ideation phase, teams were invited to pitch their ideas during the iDay: a day-long session dedicated to digital acculturation and transformation path.

They were then selected to participate to a two day JAM Session: a deep-dive into these ideas, with a view to turning them into real projects.

Our partner Board of Innovation guided them, using tools and methodologies that help to design business models, define revenue streams, and build go-to-market strategies, as well as preparing them to pitch their projects.

On 7th November, 11 teams presented their impressive work to a jury and an audience of colleagues. They were competing for one of five tickets to access the acceleration phase. Colleagues  in the audience had the opportunity to vote for their “coup de coeur” favourite.

Five projects are now being accelerated

This phase is divided in three bootcamps addressing problem validation, solution validation, and go-to-market. Teams are accelerated 2 days per week over 3 months. The finale will take place end of January, with the winning team benefiting from a dedicated budget to work on a proof of concept.

We are particularly proud to have inaugurated this initiative this year. We see how it motivates people, and helps our colleagues to grow, learn and develop an innovative mindset.

Nothing is more important than helping a corporation’s most valuable assets reach their potential.
