TIZ - Final pitches for our intrapreneurs !
After a 3-month journey, the 5 accelerated teams took the BGL BNP Paribas’ stage during the TIZ finale on 31st January.
Isabelle Waty, Startup Happy Maker @Lux Future Lab in charge of the program, introduced the closing ceremony relating the TIZ story through David Bowie, a model of innovation & exploration according to her. She invited the audience to take a walk on Bowie’s musical repertoire and related the key messages and milestones of the Intrapreneurs’ adventure through chosen songs.
“To understand, the teams has to fall in love with their problem not the solution” – Olivier Selis.
The 5 competing teams presented then their projects in front of an audience composed of other employees and a jury made of a panel of experts & ExCo members of the Bank.
They pitched like a startup – 6 minutes to convince the jury to invest in their MVP (Minimum Viable Product) , 3 minutes of Q&A.
All the finalist teams have tackled their limits and went out of their comfort zone to deliver a very high-quality event! They succeeded to present their innovative ideas through very professional presentations! The NPS speaks on its own : + 83 ! Congratulations to each team!
Geoffroy Bazin, CEO of BGL BNP Paribas, closed the show with a declaration. After the jury deliberation (the choice was tough!), Olivier Selis, CEO of Lux Future Lab, announced the winning team. Congratulation to Net Eleng !! And good luck for the development of their project.
“They are change makers” Isabelle Waty
As a reminder, the TIZ has been created to stimulate corporate innovation and dynamics, to help employees to think like a startup, and to empower our greatest value, our people.
More than 40 employees have jumped in the program and their feedback is more than positive!
The Lux Future Lab team is very proud of this season 1 and will take each learning to prepare a thrilled season 2 ;)
