Olivier is the CEO of lux future lab and responsible for the incubation of nearly 30 startups and their service package: hosting, training, networking, consulting and financing. Before joining the lab, Olivier was working as a portfolio manager, investment risk manager and auditor at BGL BNP Paribas and is one of the few bankers who holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification. Olivier believes in the strategic role of FinTech in the future of banks and works towards efficient cooperation between lux future lab and the different business lines of BNP Paribas. If not at lux future lab, Olivier is playing hockey in Arlon, where he is the founder and president of the hockey club. Olivier has two children and lives in Arlon, Belgium.

Emmanuelle is heading the education platform of lux future lab – the summer school and the intrapreneurship program – that boost entrepreneurship skills for students between 16 and 18 years old and for employees at the crossroads of their professional development. Besides her work at lux future lab, Emmanuelle is responsible for the social impact projects of BGL BNP Paribas, such as corporate volunteering. Before working at CSR Accelerator, Emmanuelle worked as a fund compliance officer at Cardif. In her free time, Emmanuelle is as much a travel geek as a homebody and is currently renovating her house on her own. After spending the first six years of her life in Chartres, Emmanuelle grew up in Thionville, France, and still lives there.

Catherine is Communications Manager at lux future lab and promotes different events for startups, partners and the ecosystem, and handles the monthly newsletter. Besides supporting lux future lab, Catherine is working at CSR Accelerator and is responsible for Microlux, Luxembourg’s first microfinance institution. Over the last 10 years, Catherine has been studying and working in Paris, London and Berlin. Her work experience is in the public sector and in civil society organizations, such as Impact Hub Berlin, an incubator for social startups. When not in the office, you can find Catherine in Berlin, her second home. Catherine lives in Luxembourg City, where she grew up.

Martine is Event Manager at lux future lab and provides the perfect catering for all Pleased2MeetU, Food4Thought, FinTechMeets and pitching events. In addition, Martine is the driving force behind the administration and coordination of the CSR Accelerator. Prior to this, Martine was Fortis/Cardif HR Manager for 14 years. She is co-founder of the HR Academy, the first higher education institution for HR professionals in Luxembourg. Martine is an aficionado of good wine and restaurants and can give personal reviews of any new place to eat in and around the city. Martine grew up in Belgium and has lived in Luxembourg for more than 10 years.

Viviane is Receptionist & Project Assistant at lux future lab and takes care of the startups and their partners in the lab. Prior to this, Viviane worked in different banking branches around the city center and is partly responsible for FATCA and tax conformity declarations. In her free time, Viviane is an artist, creating Tiffany lamps, a type of lamp with a glass lampshade, and loves to salsa dance. Viviane grew up Luxembourg City and currently lives there.
